Our client is a leading building envelope restoration consulting firm, is seeking a Director of Building Envelope Restoration Consulting to spearhead our client services and project delivery.
In this leadership role, you will leverage your expertise to develop strategic plans, manage a team of consultants, and drive exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Building Envelope Consulting department.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Manage a team of consultants including engineers, architects, and inspectors specializing in building envelope restoration.
- Lead client engagements, understanding their needs and recommending the most effective restoration solutions.
- Oversee all aspects of building envelope restoration projects, from initial assessment and design to project completion.
- Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay current on the latest trends and technologies in building envelope restoration materials, methods, and regulations.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of service and project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with a focus on building envelope systems.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building envelope restoration consulting or a directly related field.
- Proven track record of leading and managing consulting teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in building envelope assessment, restoration design, and project management.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and best practices for building envelope restoration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
