True Environmental’s Matrix New World Engineering division seeks a motivated Civil Engineer with 2–4 years of civil/site experience to support planning, design, and documentation of site improvements, grading, utilities, and stormwater management for public and private projects in New York and nearby states.
The role requires coordination across disciplines, familiarity with NYC/NYS and NJ agencies, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; knowledge of HydroCAD or HEC-RAS is a plus.
