We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer with a New York PE license to lead construction management efforts on complex water and wastewater projects in the NYC area.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee “inside the fence” projects, including pump stations and treatment plants
- Manage inspection staff, daily reporting, and contractor performance
- Ensure compliance with approved plans, safety standards, and permits
- Coordinate with junior staff, contractors, clients, and stakeholders
- PE license in New York
- 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure construction management
- Proven experience with pumps, treatment plants, and inside the fence projects
- Familiarity with NYCDEP and/or DDC projects preferred
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and other construction management software
- Salary range: $185,000 – $230,000
