Job Summary:
To perform installation, servicing and calibration. Semiconductor equipment, environmental chamber, support ISO IEC 17025 Calibration at customer locations. Willingness to travel to customer locations domestic and oversea.
Job Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics & wiring diagrams.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical & electrical equipment
- Test and commission machinery and systems
- Support machine setup, conversion, and production start-up
- Coordinate with engineering, automation, and production teams
- Provide technical training and support to customers' engineers and technicians to ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
- Perform temperature & humidity calibration
- Service reports, calibration certificates, parts usage, failure analysis, PM checklists
- Respond to breakdowns, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes
- Able to work independent with minimum supervise
- Experience in brazing/ hot work job
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (calibration and servicing job)
