NY - Tech Intellectual Property Associate

Mayer Brown’s New York office is seeking a mid‑level Intellectual Property associate with 3 to 6 years (JD 2023 - 2020) of patent litigation experience. Must have a background in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or a similar field. In addition to district court litigation experience, practice experience before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board is recommended.

Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills, and Patent Bar admission are required.

The NY salary for this position ranges from $260,000 to $390,000, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
