A well-established Mechanical Contractor is looking to hire an experienced Mechanical Project Manager due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of HVAC projects across Manhattan. This company specializes in large-scale HVAC and mechanical construction projects across commercial, healthcare, life science, and high-end interior markets.

This opportunity is ideal for a HVAC Project Manager who wants to work on complex HVAC systems, large mechanical packages, and technically challenging projects throughout New York City.

• Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee subcontractors, schedules, procurement, RFIs, change orders, and budgeting
• Coordinate HVAC installations and mechanical systems with field teams and clients
• Attend OAC meetings and lead project coordination efforts
• Work closely with Superintendents, Engineers, and Estimators throughout the lifecycle of HVAC projects

• 5+ years’ experience as a HVAC Project Manager or Mechanical Project Manager
• Strong background managing HVAC and mechanical construction projects in New York City
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience working for Mechanical Contractors/HVAC Contractors
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, controls, and mechanical coordination

• Base salary between $130,000 - $175,000
