- Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree in drafting disciplines or 3+ years of drafting experience. - Intermediate knowledge of drafting techniques and CAD, preferably Solid Works.
- Understands drafting standards and file configurations.
- Technical education to include mechanical drafting and mathematics, or work experience with demonstrated drafting and math skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude/background.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Familiarity with appropriate drafting standards (ANSI).
- Efficient time management.
- Ability to coordinate with tool makers in an office environment.
- Knowledge of Solid Works.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
