Lean Manufacturing Engineer
Support value improvement and waste elimination activities through the execution of Lean and Process Improvement projects aligned with business goals and objectives.
Drive the implementation and continuous advancement of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices across manufacturing operations.
Provide technical support to manufacturing teams in initiating and sustaining Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
Deliver training and ongoing support on Lean tools and methodologies while driving process optimization initiatives.
Lead waste reduction and productivity improvement efforts across manufacturing and support functions.
Collaborate with R&D, Process Development, and Equipment Engineering teams to ensure new products, processes, and equipment are designed using Lean and ergonomic principles.
Support Value Stream Mapping activities and operational excellence initiatives.
Review facility layout changes and support production flow optimization through effective space utilization and capacity planning.
Establish and maintain standard times through work measurement studies and engineering standards.
Prepare, maintain, and present Industrial Engineering data, standards, and reports in accordance with company guidelines.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
AutoCAD.
Time Study and Work Measurement.
Line Balancing.
Efficiency Improvement.
Capacity Planning.
Operational Excellence.
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Simulation / Flex Sim experience will be an added advantage.
