• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, managing project planning, forecasting tools, and progress tracking.
• Provide technical leadership of PAE’s mechanical design scope as Lead Engineer; act as Engineer of Record with approval when required.
• Secure new work to meet billing goals and support business development activities.
• Represent the firm through client presentations, interviews, and industry engagements.
• Contribute to firm leadership and management, influencing company standards and technical operations.
• Mentor, train, and develop staff while cultivating strong client relationships.
• Enforce the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) and uphold project quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 15+ years of industry experience with significant management and leadership experience.
• Relevant professional credential (PE, CPD, RCDD, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects profitably, manage billing, reporting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Strong leadership, people, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Revit/AutoCAD.
• Commitment to PAE’s mission and long‑term success.

Hiring Base Salary Range: $154,400 - $223,900 annually.
