Location: New York
The City of New York's Department of Design and Construction, Division of Public Buildings, seeks a Facility MEP Assessor to conduct mechanical, electrical, and plumbing condition assessments in City-owned buildings and evaluate energy usage, HVAC equipment, and code compliance to identify priority issues for budgeting and informed decision-making.
Minimum qualifications include a civil engineering bachelor’s degree with one year of experience or a Master’s in civil engineering.
