** Job Description**##
** Overview
* * We are seeking a
*** Project Manager
*** to join our team in
** New York, NY.**##
** Your role
*** Split time between on site and office/remote.
* Report to Project Director and/or Lead Project Manager.
* Work in Owner's Rep atmosphere managing multiple projects.
* Coordinate with client, contractor, design team and stakeholders.
* Review project schedule and budgets, analysis change orders for entitlement, prepare weekly/monthly reports, provide support as needed and manage assistant project managers.
* Manage project files and internal reporting programs.##
** About you
*** Bachelor's degree required.
* Project Manager with 6-10 years of experience working in Aviation and/or Hospitality.
* Knowledge of project management programs. PMP or CCM equivalent preferred.
* Travel required to local airports (JFK, LGA, NWK).##

**** Expected compensation range is between $104,000- $173,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
