This is a full-time on-site role for Concrete Field Technicians located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Concrete Field Technicians will be responsible for conducting material testing and third-party construction inspections. Daily tasks include concrete and soil testing and vibration monitoring.
Qualifications- Experience with concrete and soil testing, masonry, structural steel, mechanical inspections, and vibration monitoring,
ACI Concrete Construction Special Inspection and/or ICC Structural Masonry Inspector Required, a plus but not required at start - Knowledge of inspections and materials testing, a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site within the NYC metropolitan area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid certifications and licenses appropriate for field inspections
- Reliable means of transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field a plus
- Concrete solutions offers a competitive salary commensurate with position experience. Expected Range for these positions are $23 - $26/hr.
