Attached to the Wienerberger France Process Pole, you support the production sites in improving the operational control and technical and economic performance of ceramic processes (shaping, drying, firing). You play a technical reference role on the field with a multi-site support dimension, in close contact with the CRED business experts and local process teams.

In this role:

• You conduct process audits in factories and follow up on the implementation of action plans.
• You intervene on complex technical expertise (raw materials, processes, products) to solve industrial problems.
• You propose well-argued solutions, accompany their deployment and ensure their follow-up.
• You adjust the parameters of the processes to improve quality, reduce waste, and optimize energy consumption.
• You participate in the industrialization of new processes, from their start-up to their validation.
• You contribute to the capitalization of best practices by facilitating exchanges between the process references of the factories.
• You take part in the practical and theoretical training of the process teams and in the transfer of skills.
• You carry out processability tests on CRED equipment to ensure optimal transposition in the factory.
• You write technical reports and formalize process procedures.

• Technical ceramic, thermal, or process engineering graduate.

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally in a continuous firing environment.
• Experience in the terracotta sector would be an asset.

• Analytical mind, rigor, and autonomy in conducting missions
• Field sense, operational support, and results orientation
• Ability to transmit, formalize, and capitalize on know-how
• Strong relationship skills, team work, and cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge and skills in environment and energy; particularly concerning ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications.
