Operating Supervisor Engineering and Planning - Distribution Engineering Equipment

Overview

Distribution Engineering Equipment Analysis Center is looking to hire an Operating Supervisor to join the management team.

The supervisor will be responsible for direct supervision of electrical technicians in conducting testing and analysis of distribution system equipment, including single or three phase transformers and associated instrumentation. The supervisor will promote a safe work environment, plan work schedules, ensure training compliance, and foster employee development. The energetic candidate will also support resolving technical or quality issues. In addition, the Operating Supervisor will work closely with our team of engineers in overseeing equipment analysis and spec compliance, including failure root cause analysis, new equipment prototype evaluation, or field visits.
