We are seeking a CQV Engineer to support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and GMP utility systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with sterile manufacturing, equipment qualification, and GMP compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for manufacturing equipment and GMP utilities.
- Support commissioning, FAT/SAT, system walkdowns, P&, and equipment turnover.
- Develop and execute validation protocols, reports, and traceability documentation.
- Perform temperature mapping, functional testing, and equipment qualification activities.
- Support deviations, CAPA, change controls, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Manufacturing, Automation, and Validation teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in CQV within pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environments.
- Hands‑on experience with aseptic fill‑finish equipment, sterile manufacturing, and GMP utilities.
- Strong knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ, cGMP, FDA regulations, GAMP, and validation documentation.
