Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + 401(k) Match + Full Benefits + Progression

On offer is a senior commissioning position working on large‑scale commercial boiler, steam, hydronic and domestic hot water systems across New York City and Westchester. You will review system designs, lead commissioning activities from pre‑start inspections through to final handover, carry out hands‑on startup and functional testing of boilers, pumps, burners and controls, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and produce detailed commissioning reports for clients and service teams.
This role would suit a Commercial Heating, Boiler or Commissioning Engineer looking for technical ownership, career progression and the opportunity to establish themselves as a recognised expert within a growing specialist business.
The Role- Lead commissioning of commercial boiler, steam, hydronic and domestic hot water systems
- Perform equipment startup, combustion analysis, controls testing and system validation
- Review drawings, sequences of operation and resolve commissioning issues
- Experience with commercial boilers, burners, pumps and heating systems
- Able to read mechanical schematics, wiring diagrams and control sequences
- Valid driver's license
