The OpportunityAs an MEP Project Manager, you'll take ownership of mechanical building systems across a diverse portfolio of projects, managing delivery from early design through construction administration. You'll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with NYC codes and standards.

What You'll Be Doing- Lead MEP project delivery from pre-construction through project completion.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs for quality, constructability, and code compliance.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and client communication.
- Carry out site visits, field coordination, and construction administration.
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals.
- Support engineering investigations, feasibility studies, and technical problem-solving.
- Ensure projects meet all applicable NYC building codes and industry standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of MEP project management or consulting engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and building systems.
- Experience working within consulting engineering, architecture, or design environments.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and project management software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of NYC Building Codes and permitting processes.
- PE License or actively working towards licensure.
- EIT certification.
- Additional project management, commissioning, or energy-related certifications are advantageous.
