Role Overview
The Lead Enterprise Communications Engineer plans and organizes the activities in support of day-to-day and after-hours support for Network, Engineering, and Communication Operations. They respond to unexpected network and communication issues affecting the health system's clinical and administrative communities. They provide day-to-day oversight of engineers and are responsible for managing assigned Incident and Change queues, ensuring they meet established Service Level Agreements.
WhatYou Will Do
The Lead Enterprise Communications Engineer will diagnose, configure, and document complex network and communication problems. They will lead the resolution of complex Level 2/3 telecommunications issues across distributed locations and execute moves, adds, and changes (MACs) across PBX, voicemail, ACD, wireless, and peripheral systems.

Requirements- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Industry certifications such as Avaya Certified Specialist, Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS), Genesys Cloud CX, PMP, or equivalent
