- Provide development leadership for a portfolio of behind-the-meter and on-site power generation projects serving critical load customers across North America.
- Drive projects through all phases of development including fatal flaw analysis, site diligence and feasibility, customer coordination, utility and interconnection management, commercial negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and transition to construction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and manage external developers, consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors, utilities, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, executives, and community stakeholders.
- 6-8+ years of experience in power, infrastructure, energy, or related project development roles.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end power project development lifecycle.
- Experience developing distributed generation, thermal generation, microgrid, CHP, renewable, or other energy infrastructure projects.
- Strong familiarity with utility interconnection processes, permitting frameworks, and power market dynamics.
- Experience working directly with large commercial or industrial energy customers is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in engineering, business, environmental policy, or related field preferred.
