My client is a specialist manufacturer of components that are used within industries such as Defence, Communication and R&D. They are seeking a Field Sales Engineer to join their existing team. As a Field Sales Engineer, your role will focus on account management, understanding technical requirements, providing product knowledge and technical solutions to both new and existing clients.

• - Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• - Travel to customer sites and deliver technical presentations
• - Understand technical requirements and propose technical solutions
• - Support customers throughout the full product cycle from initial concept through to delivery
• - Provide technical support and product knowledge when required
• - Work to and deliver against sales KPIs

• - Experienced in technical or engineering sales
• - Background or understanding of RF, microwave, electronics, or telecommunication technologies
• - Ability to understand technical customer requirements
• - Strong communication and presentation skills are a must
• - Full UK Driving Licence
