Order ManagementProcess new orders, changes, cancellations, and expedite requests for aftermarket spares and repair services.
Customer CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; provide timely updates on lead times, delays, quality holds, and shipping status.
RMA & Warranty CoordinationInitiate and track RMAs, warranty evaluations, and repair orders; communicate inspection findings and final dispositions.
Issue ResolutionInvestigate shortages, shipment errors, quality concerns, and production delays; collaborate with planning, quality, engineering, and logistics teams.

Preferably an Associates degree is Business Administration or management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills-professional, concise, and customer‑focused.
Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
