Guide and drive the enterprise packaging compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with evolving domestic and international regulations.;
Establish compliance checkpoints early in the innovation pipeline to influence packaging design decisions and set expectations throughout development.;
Develop and sustain a Packaging Compliance Dashboard to track regulatory changes, claim substantiation status, compliance risks, and safety trends.;
Lead supplier engagement, compliance data collection, and documentation reviews to support evolving regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.;
Lead cross-functional initiatives that embed packaging compliance, safety, and sustainability requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
