Location: New York
Work While is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our growing engineering team. You’ll mentor a small group while staying hands-on with architecture and technical strategy, helping shape Work While’s engineering culture as we scale. This role reports into our Head of Engineering.
You’ll drive execution on key product initiatives, grow the team, align priorities with OKRs, and champion best practices while balancing coaching with hands-on involvement.
