Location: New York
Bevara is seeking a flexible on-site Building Engineer to support commercial properties in the Bronx, NY on an as-needed basis. You will back up the full-time team, train periodically, and cover during vacations or peak times.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple repair and maintenance tasks across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. A retired engineer or owner-operator with a flexible schedule fits well.
