$120-$200k Bronxville, NY Full-Time On-Site

This role puts you in control of the timeline on complex, high visibility infrastructure.

• You run critical path schedules on bridges, highways, transit, rail, and industrial facilities
• Senior technical work (baseline, delay analysis, claims)
• Salary: 120k to 200k DOE
• Yearly raises tied to performance

• Build and maintain P6 schedules that drive decisions, not just reports
• Perform time impact, delay, and lost productivity analyses
• Develop cost and resource loaded schedules
• Write tight schedule narratives aligned to contract requirements
• Support claims and time extension requests on major public projects

• Bridges and highways
• Rail and transit stations
• Airports and ports
• Power substations, pump stations, wastewater and treatment plants

• Public sector, high visibility work (DOT, transit, port authorities)
• Well established company with annual revenue in the hundreds of millions
• Complex projects where scheduling is respected as strategy
• Total comp upside with raises, profit sharing, bonuses, and real benefits

• 7+ years building and managing P6 schedules
• Heavy civil, bridge, transit, or industrial experience
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Ability to clearly explain schedules to project teams and owners
