Sr Reliability Engineer Job
Arkema is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Reliability Engineer to join our Geneseo, NY manufacturing facility. This role serves as the site technical expert for asset reliability, mechanical integrity, asset lifecycle management, and reliability analytics. The successful candidate will drive reliability strategies that improve equipment performance, operational efficiency, safety, and long-term asset sustainability. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and partnering across operations, maintenance, engineering, and HSE teams to enhance plant performance.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. 5-10 years of experience in reliability, maintenance, operations, or engineering within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, preventive and predictive maintenance, and asset lifecycle management. Experience leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
Chemical manufacturing experience. Professional certifications such as CMRP, API, or equivalent. Experience with SAP, Power BI, predictive maintenance technologies, and condition monitoring systems. Knowledge of API, ASME, and other applicable mechanical integrity standards.

Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $96,500 - $127,900 annually plus 10% bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and skills.
