C.T. Male Associates, a leader in providing diversified engineering, architectural, surveying, environmental, and energy consulting services, is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting and overseeing surveying projects to ensure precise and timely completion in alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform and manage land/topographic surveys, boundary determinations, and construction staking.
- Coordinate with project teams and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient completion of projects.
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, and reports of surveys to meet legal and project requirements.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations based on survey results.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
- Operate and manage the maintenance of surveying instruments and equipment.
- Utilize CAD software and other technical tools to draft precise project documentation.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software and GPS/GIS systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Proficient in using surveying equipment, including total stations and levels.
- Capability to interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
