Location: Latham

C.T. Male Associates seeks a Senior Environmental Professional to lead environmental assessment, remediation, and compliance projects for public and private clients. In this senior role, you will scope and manage field investigations, interpret environmental data, prepare technical reports and regulatory submittals, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, surveying, and architecture. You'll mentor junior staff, support client relationships, and contribute to proposals and project planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute environmental site assessments, remediation, and compliance projects for public and private clients
  • Develop technical reports, regulatory submittals, and remediation plans in accordance with federal and state regulations
  • Perform and oversee field investigations, sampling, data analysis, and interpretation of environmental conditions
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams across engineering, surveying, and architecture disciplines
  • Serve as a technical resource and mentor to junior staff, providing guidance and quality review
  • Support client relationships through responsive communication, project updates, and problem-solving
  • Assist with proposal preparation, scope development, and budgeting for environmental projects
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements while managing project deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative, sustainable environmental solutions
  • Participate in professional development, training, and industry engagement to stay current on regulations and best practices
