C.T. Male Associates seeks a Geotechnical Engineer to support site/civil, structural, and environmental projects across the region. In this role, you will plan and perform subsurface investigations, analyze soil and rock data, and develop practical foundation, earthwork, and groundwater recommendations. Responsibilities include field inspections, logging borings, preparing geotechnical reports and calculations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute geotechnical investigations for public and private sector projects
- Perform soil, rock, and groundwater analysis and prepare engineering calculations and reports
- Support foundation, retaining wall, and earthwork design in collaboration with civil and structural teams
- Conduct field inspections, logging of borings, and construction observation as needed
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to develop practical, cost-effective solutions
- Assist with proposal preparation, scope development, and project scheduling
- Ensure work complies with industry standards, codes, and company quality procedures
