Project Services Analyst

Job Description Overview AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Services Analyst to join our Project Services Multi-Market Service Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of New York, NY. Your Role Supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully. Performs estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities.

Assists with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring. Maintains project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making. Collaborates with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

EXPERIENCE:

Prior internship experience in construction preferred EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field from an accredited college/university. SPECIAL

SKILLS:

Experience with electronic takeoff software, understanding of basic construction concepts and terminology preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS:

Additional Information Expected compensation range is between $75,000 - $85,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
