Cost Estimator / Cost Analyst
" will prepare independent estimates, review contractor pricing, evaluate change orders, and support cost tracking for public construction projects.
- Review contractor proposals and pricing.
- Evaluate change orders.
- Review unit-price and time-and-material costs.
- Track project costs and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare cost reports and communicate findings to the project team.
- 8+ years of experience in estimating or cost control.
- Experience with public construction projects.
- Experience with unit-price or time-and-material pricing.
- Ability to accurately review contractor proposals, change orders, and project cost data.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
- Professional certification in cost estimating or cost analysis.
$124,800–$145,600 annually
Location:NYC All Boroughs - Various Locations: (hybrid position that requires attendance at field meetings, site visits, and travel to field offices as needed)
