Civil Engineer – Renewable Energy Projects
Seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer with experience in solar, wind, battery storage, and other renewable energy projects. This role offers full project management responsibility from kickoff to closeout.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle project execution and team coordination
- Develop PM plans, JSAs, and lead kickoff meetings
- Track scope, schedule, staffing, and budget
- Manage budgets and billing using internal software
- Provide weekly client updates and oversee QA/QC
- Prepare and manage proposals, RFQs, and RFPs
- Mentor and motivate project teams
- Navigate permitting and municipal approvals
- Support business development and marketing initiatives
- Represent the firm in professional and community settings
- PE License required
- Experience with renewable energy infrastructure
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in PM and design software
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
- Business development mindset and client focus
