At Ecosystem, you won’t be working on standard projects with off‑the‑shelf solutions. You will be involved in existing buildings that are energy‑intensive and complex, designed in a time when energy was inexpensive. Each project is unique and requires critical thinking, creativity, and resourcefulness.

You will take part in the development of energy performance projects, from audit to construction and through to results validation. Here, you won’t be given a step‑by‑step manual- instead, you’ll be told what the building needs to achieve, and you’ll have the freedom, resources, and tools to determine how to get there.

• Act as the single point of ownership for assigned projects, leading both project and design management
• Serve as lead engineer, managing project timelines, work streams, budgets, and mentor junior team members while ensuring effective collaboration with MEP firms and client stakeholders
• Review and enhance MEP drawings and designs to optimize system performance and reduce project cost
• Gather and analyze client energy bills to identify potential energy savings based on current energy rates and the building’s energy…
