- Responding to customer service requests and troubleshooting equipment issues on-site
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and controls system problems using technical knowledge and hands-on testing
- Installing, commissioning, and calibrating equipment according to design specifications and testing protocols
- Documenting technical issues, solutions, and service work accurately for customer and internal records
- Communicating technical findings to customers and internal teams in clear, practical terms
- Maintaining equipment and systems to manufacturing and performance standards
- Collaborating with engineering and customer teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- 2–5 years' field service, technical support, or field application experience in engineering or manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or equivalent design visualization tools
- Solid foundation in engineering principles, supported by a degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Hands-on aptitude and comfort working in varied field conditions and customer environments
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Direct involvement in solving real-world technical challenges and supporting customer success
- Exposure to diverse applications, industries, and engineering environments across the United States
- Hands-on experience with design standards, system integration, and testing protocols
- Potential to develop deeper expertise in field application and customer relationship management
- Competitive contract rate of $640 - $880 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications
