Istari Digital seeks a Digital Engineering Manager to lead a subset of our Customer Success Digital Engineering initiatives, reporting to the Director of Digital Engineering. You will mentor Forward Deployed Engineers, guide architecture, and help shape strategy and tool choices.
You’ll balance hands-on technical work with people leadership, translate customer needs into executable technical plans, and scale lean processes as the team grows.
