  • Fixture design (mechanical and electrical)
  • Create work instructions and train operations staff

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment towards 4-year Engineering or Engineering Technology Degree
  • Minimum 2 years college credits
  • 3D CAD Modeling (Solid Works Preferred)

Things that are a plus and will help you stand out:

  • Genuine interest in manufacturing and manufacturing management as a career path
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment from a previous internship or job
  • Knowledge and/or courses taken in operations and supply chain management
  • Ability to tailor communication (both written and verbal) to your audience
  • History of leadership positions and self-motivation
  • Hands-on experience making things (machine tools, soldering, etc.)

Why is this a fantastic opportunity?

You will get to work in direct contact with our team of world class engineers, being able to learn from them and spend time collaborating on challenging projects. You will go back to school with a wealth of new knowledge and valuable work experience that will propel you into a successful career. You will have an opportunity to become part of the company culture, and participate in various activities, such as special lunches, birthday celebrations, and Summer BBQs with our company volleyball matches.

You will also have access to our facilities including coffee machines, full cafeteria, and onsite Gym.

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
