• Lead and manage complex land surveying projects from planning through delivery.
• Serve as Surveyor of Record, reviewing and sealing survey documents in accordance with New York State requirements.
• Oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction, and as-built surveys.
• Mentor and develop survey staff while promoting quality and best practices.
• Build lasting client relationships and support business development efforts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes.

• Active New York State Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
• 10+ years of progressive land surveying experience.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Expertise in boundary analysis, survey standards, and industry software.
• A passion for delivering quality work and helping grow a successful surveying practice.
