We are currently seeking a Jewelry Concierge to join the fastest growing jewelrycompany in the country. This job will be located in New York City and the position will be based in a fast-paced environment with multiple requests coming in on a daily basis.
** Responsibilities:
*** Responsible for accurately submitting/verifying custom orders with vendors within a specified time-frame
* Oversee the Special/Custom Order Process start to finish
* Calculate and quote prices
* Interact with both the vendors and the customers on a regular basis
* Custom Order Specialist checks the status of orders, maintains quoted time frames, and handles any potential issues
** Requirements:
*** Must have 1+ yrs jewelry industry experience
* Must have 1+ yrs of experience with custom jobs
* Must have basic understanding of placing CAD requests with designers, vendors and knowledge of reading CAD to get cost for pieces
* Must be able to pass knowledge assessment during interview process
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledgeable in Excel
* Knowledgeable in Photoshop
* Ability to work well with a team of diverse personalities
* Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing a plus
* Must be able to travel to shows a minimum of three times per year
* Must Live in New York Tri-State area

Base pay $25-$30/hr
