About The Job
The Assistant Orchestra Stage Manager is part of the Orchestra Stage Management team in the Production Department and supports the coordination and execution for assigned productions at the center. They report directly to the Orchestra Production Manager and work closely with the Orchestra Stage Managers, the Associate Orchestra Production Manager, and other production team members, designers, and artists.
Qualifications- Basic knowledge of the performing arts.
- Knowledge of a variety of performing arts, including dance, theater, and opera, and experience working with actors, musicians, and performers preferred.
- Previous orchestral, theatrical, or live event stage management experience desired.
- Ability to read music is preferred.
