Overview
Member Experience Concierge —
Location:
Tribeca, New York, NY;
Type:
In-person, 30–40 hours per week;
Start Date:
October 2025
We are seeking a Member Experience Concierge to serve as the warm, connective thread across our community — supporting our families, team, and guests through seamless coordination, hospitality, and communication.
This role blends the attentiveness of a concierge with the intuition of a community host — ensuring each interaction, class, or event feels intentional, personalized, and filled with care. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment and finds joy in creating moments of ease, delight, and belonging.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for families and members — welcoming guests with warmth, calm, and professionalism.
- Manage daily check-ins and transitions across all floors (Nido, Mirai, and The Third Space) ensuring a safe, organized flow.
- Coordinate logistics and guest communication for events such as Monthly Sunday Brunch, Self-Care Socials, Holiday Celebrations, and Cultural Gatherings.
- Support the Member Relations and Operations team with class bookings, event RSVPs, billing updates, and scheduling changes.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our daily calendar, class offerings, and seasonal programs to provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations.
- Assist with vendor and instructor coordination for wellness, educational, and cultural experiences.
- Ensure each family feels seen and supported — from helping a parent transition their child at drop-off to arranging a moment of calm in Mirai.
- Oversee light hospitality details during events (refreshments, music, ambiance, candles, scent diffusers, etc.) to maintain the Primary sensory experience.
- Monitor member communications through Square, email, and text with professionalism and warmth.
- Work collaboratively with Guides, Specialists, and the Operations team to ensure consistent, mindful care across all touchpoints.
- 2 years experience in hospitality, guest relations, concierge, or community-based roles (boutique wellness, family clubs, or private schools preferred).
- Naturally warm communicator with exceptional emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating family dynamics, multitasking, and maintaining a grounded presence in a busy environment.
- Passion for Montessori, wellness, family development, or mindful living.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills; familiarity with Square, Quick Books, or CRM platforms is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including select evenings or weekends for events.
This is not a traditional concierge role.
