THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it. We are looking for a Business Operations Manager for Fan Duel Casino to lead the operational performance of Casino business processes. This role will drive excellence across casino operations, connect internal and external teams, and drive action to deliver the best experiences for our players.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Company to meet evolving business needs.

- Ensure business operations comply with regulatory standards and are optimized for efficiency and productivity leveraging innovative tools and technology.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with regulatory and operational aspects of casino gameplay.
- Maintain effective relationships with external parties to accomplish business objectives.
- Define and continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency and optimize overall ways of working.
- Regularly monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate trends and takeaways to operations leadership.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions and initiatives focused on leveraging business analysis to drive better business outcomes.
- Build a reputation of trust within and across business units in the successful completion of new requests across various operational topics and objectives.
- Lead the casino business operations vertical in a culture of positivity and “We Are One Team” through clear expectations, ownership, guidance, and calm under pressure.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement or business analysis within product or technology.
- Strong proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
- Understanding of gaming industry; knowledge around gaming KPIs & targets is a plus.
- Strong strategic mindset and ability to understand long-term views, anticipating future trends and implications.
- Experience leading a team toward clearly communicated goals, navigating obstacles, resource management, and overseeing professional development plans.
- Strong organizational skills and eye for detail, overseeing a portfolio of cross-functional projects.
- Ability to clearly communicate objectives, priorities, and status updates with direct reports, peers, and initiative partners.
- Eager to drive continuous improvement for the benefit of internal teams and customers; flexible when faced with issues or opportunities.

The applicable salary range for this position is $103,000 - $129,000 USD, dependent on experience, location, business needs, and market demand. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, life, disability, a 401(k) match, and other programs. Short-term or long-term incentive compensation may apply, including cash bonuses and stock programs. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid holidays.
