Casino Pit Supervisor

The Casino Pit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of assigned table games to ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and customer service standards. This role supervises dealers, monitors game integrity, and ensures a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of assigned table games within the pit area.
• Ensure all games are conducted in accordance with internal controls, gaming regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor dealer performance, providing coaching, feedback, and support as needed.
• Resolve guest disputes and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of game activity, player ratings, and incidents.
• Ensure proper chip and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with surveillance and security teams to maintain game integrity.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive guest experience.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new dealers and floor staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or gaming is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in table games, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of table games rules, procedures, and casino operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
