Job Details

Role overview:

  • Station in the lobby area to observe the entry of all persons into the building
  • Not leave post unattended unless vital, i.e. assisting a building resident, or an emergency.
  • Keep complete and accurate log books indicating names and times of all visitors and workmen to assigned building.
  • Be responsible for the control of any keys used in work duties.
  • If vital, provide apartment access to authorized resident and/or family member.
  • Be required to accept resident packages for safe keeping and return to residents upon their arrival.
  • Have proven understanding of building security system(s) and procedures.
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages
  • Report building problems/emergencies.
  • Control public gathering at entrance ways and lobby areas.
  • Assist residents, their families or visitors, getting into and out of vehicles.
  • Provide residents with card key access to residence/rooms and collect credit card payment at check out
  • Maintain post appearance and overall lobby/bathroom appearance.
  • Stand, walk, climb, and bend most of the day. Occasionally lift, push, pull, and carry medium to heavy weights.
  • Be exposed to outside elements during the work day.

  • Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer‑centric solutions.
  • Willing to take action and eager to accept new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and passion.
  • You are openly relatable and comfortable with diverse groups of people.
Core Skills
  • Good interpersonal communication and judgment skills.
  • Prior concierge or Door Attendant experience highly preferred.
  • Understanding of Buildinglink and Keylink preferred.

  • Reporting to the Manager, Security

Pay Range: $23.54 – $35.44
