To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar‑raisers with a hands‑on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment.

• Responsible for the entire life‑cycle management of big events from contract signing to final closing.
• Main point of contact between all stakeholders, from event organisers to internal teams.
• Overall owner of the whole process, coordinating and managing department tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver on them, consolidate all requirements and prioritise with the product team.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A to support the user support team.
• Ensure all required documentation is in place to achieve project goals.
• Presence on site may be required at launch or other key dates.

You are degree qualified, with a project‑management background, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and pride yourself on a flexible, detail‑oriented, analytical and organised mindset. To be successful, you will be expected to be an entrepreneurial individual, comfortable coordinating other departments to ensure delivery on time, delivering results in an ambiguous environment, and being exceptionally detail‑oriented while looking ahead.

• 5+ years in a project‑management or consulting role; event experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Huge appetite for learning, picking up new skills quickly, with strong analytical, relationship‑management, and organisational skills.
• Solution‑focused, identifying problem areas and creating resolution plans.
• Strong communication skills and a proven record of building positive working relationships.
• Highly organised and efficient.
• Curious, keen to push boundaries and try new concepts.
• Able to communicate with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
• Strategic thinking when faced with an events partnership brief or proprietary data about what works.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and parallel work‑streams.
• Collaborative, willing to get hands dirty and work on all required event tasks.
• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
• Strong academic background is a plus.
