Head of Growth, Entertainment & Gaming

Betting Jobs is working with a digital trading card operator who are looking for a Head of Growth to join their team based in New York
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy across paid, organic, partnerships, affiliates, and emerging channels
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels for both digital trading cards and casino products, balancing short-term performance with long-term LTV
• Lead experimentation across channels, creatives, landing pages, onboarding flows, and offers
• Develop and manage acquisition budgets, forecasts, and ROI models
• Work closely with Product to improve activation, conversion, and early retention
• Partner with CRM, VIP, and retention teams to ensure seamless lifecycle growth
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth team
• Ensure all acquisition activity aligns with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements
• 5+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition roles
• Experience in iGaming, casino, gaming, Web3, fintech, or high-growth consumer platforms strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels (Paid Social, Search, Programmatic, Affiliates, Influencers)
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on execution levels
• Experience working with compliance-heavy or regulated environments is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move fast and test aggressively
