Junior Talent Buyer (Unpaid / Internship)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Talent Buyer Intern to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the talent buying industry while working alongside experienced professionals. The ideal candidate should be passionate about music and events, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our team.

• Assist in researching and sourcing artists, DJs and emerging talent
• Support outreach to agents and managers
• Help track offers, holds, and confirmations
• Maintain booking spreadsheets and internal documents
• Support the senior talent buying team as needed
• Attend and support events, providing on-site assistance as needed.

• Strong passion for music and knowledge of various genres.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of contract negotiation and management is a plus.
