As a Lead Mutuel Clerk, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Race & Sports book. In this role, you'll help oversee daily activities alongside the Sports book Supervisor, assist guests with placing wagers on sporting events, and deliver an unmatched guest experience. Your leadership, professionalism, and attention to detail set the tone for an engaging, high-energy environment where excitement and service go hand in hand.

$19 plus tips

• Perform daily writing and cashiering responsibilities, and assist the sports book supervisor with daily operations, including ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, verifying cash drawers, completing reports, rating casino customer activity, and monitoring race and sports book for suspicious activity

• Maintain and reconcile a cash bank, ensuring accurate transactions and proper handling of payments and change

• Monitor all tickets written, cashed, voided and monies wagered during shift

• Verify the accuracy of LED boards and guest informational sheets, and distribute sheets as needed

• Verify winning tickets and ensure accurate, timely payment of all payouts

• Ensure the protection of customer rewards and adherence to credit lines

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• High School Diploma, or GED

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a Race & Sports book or related casino area required
