As we expand into our new flagship space, we are looking for a Spa Coordinator who is polished, reliable, organized, and excited to grow with a fast‑growing luxury brand.

• Greeting and checking clients in and out.
• Answering phone calls, texts, and emails professionally.
• Keeping the front desk and spa environment clean, tidy, and elevated at all times.
• Assisting with appointment scheduling and optimizing the daily schedule.
• Helping with social media content and engagement.
• Assisting with email marketing and client communication.
• Supporting overall spa operations and maintaining a seamless client experience.
