Role DescriptionThe Event Logistics Support Team Volunteer provides essential behind-the-scenes assistance to ensure the program runs smoothly and on time. This role is highly flexible and responsive, supporting real-time needs throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities- Support speaker movement and stage transitions
- Assist with distribution and management of supplies
- Help coordinate timing cues with production and program staff
- Serve as on-call, quick-response support for event operations
- Assist staff with any logistical needs that arise during programming
Someone who is adaptable, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly. Great for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and supporting a team behind the scenes.
