Location: New York

The Senior Manager, Entertainment Initiatives will oversee the entire lifecycle of the Fashion Show and its surrounds alongside the Executive Producer, from concept to hindsight, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals. This role will manage the project plan and serve as the primary Victoria's Secret liaison, providing updates and building strong relationships between external agencies and internal teams.

Project

Planning & Management
  • Develop and maintain the full project plan, including timelines, deliverables, milestones, and budgets.
  • Partner with internal teams (creative, marketing, PR, production, design, merchandising) to ensure alignment on show objectives.
  • Facilitate all pre-production workflows: casting, fittings, styling reviews, venue coordination, set design, and rehearsals.
  • Create high‑quality, executive‑ready presentation decks that clearly communicate key initiatives, progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Cross Functional‑Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between design, production, talent, vendors, and leadership.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear agendas, status updates, and follow‑through on action items.
  • Ensure all teams have the resources and information they need to meet deadlines.
Vendor & Partner Management
  • Coordinate the work to source, evaluate and manage external vendors including staging, lighting, audio/visual, casting agencies, stylists, hair/makeup teams, photographers and security.
  • Partner with teams to ensure contracts are executed, track deliverables and oversee vendor performance.
Budget Oversight
  • Manage and support the event budget, ensuring all costs are monitored, approved and reconciled post‑event.
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising creative quality.
Creative & Production Execution
  • Work closely with the creative and production directors to translate the creative vision into executable plans.
  • Support the teams managing venue layout, run‑of‑show, backstage operations and guest flow.
  • Support the teams managing all show elements (music, lighting cues, choreography, model lineup).
Risk Management & Compliance
  • Anticipate potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure safety protocols, permits, insurance and compliance requirements are met.
Show Day Leadership
  • Point of contact for on‑site operations, managing staff, talent, vendors and real‑time problem‑solving.
  • Ensure the show runs on schedule and according to creative/production standards.
Post‑Show‑ Responsibilities
  • Conduct post‑mortem evaluations, identifying learnings and opportunities to improve future events.
  • Oversee final budget reconciliation, vendor wrap‑up and archival of assets.
